Fox Renews Human Target and Possibly Lie To Me

Wednesday, May 12th, 2010

Whew!  That was a close one.  Two of my favorite shows, Human Target and Lie To Me,  had recently been listed as “on the bubble”, but according to Entertainment Weekely, at least Human Target has been renewed, with Lie To Me all but confirmed as renewed.  This is great news!  It looks like Chuck co-producer Matthew Miller has been brought on to be assistant showrunner for Human Target too!

Save Our Seeker – The Fans Speak

Friday, May 7th, 2010

I love it when fans get together to save a show. Unfortunately it seems to happen on quite a few shows that I like.

Legend of the Seeker recently got the news that they were cancelled. This in large part due to their major distributer Tribune/WGN dropping them from their lineup. But the Fans have a plan!

Instead of sending bags of nuts to the studio (Jericho) or buying Subway sandwiches (Chuck), the fans placed an ad in Variety Magazine. One simply stating that this great show needed another distributer. And placing an ad like that is not cheap, so it should get some attention. Lets hope it does. Check out their website and do you part at Save Our Seeker!
