Such a great mashup for two of my favorite things, Star Wars / Calvin and Hobbes! Artist Chris Wahl captured them perfectly. I just ordered my shirt, what are you waiting for?!

I love stories that are based in alternate realities/histories. And the work of Sillof has certainly captured this in a unique way…toys. There are a lot of custom toy designers out there, but this one has certainly caught my attention.

Two of my favorite collections are his Samurai Wars and the Star Wars: 1942. And boy, if I can get a bomber jacket made like Han is wearing I would just die!

As most sci-fi geeks know, yesterday was Star Wars day, May the Fourth (be with you). The good people over at Craftzine had a great entry with many different creative ideas that their users had come up with. I particularly loved the AT-AT Baby Stroller!

Total Film has done a bang up job of collecting some great candid behind the scenes photos from the first three Star Wars movies. Its odd to see some of my favorite actors so young again. Here are just a few of the 30 shots available at their site. I don’t even remember Treat Williams being in Empire…and Carrie was SO cute!
